I was advised to study the anatomy of the head, with this book (in the public domain) being brought up.
On this page I attempted to imitate Plate 1 on page 21 in the book.
This page took me 40 minutes to draw on the 10th of December, 2016. It was the first of three pages drawn that day.

Hi Joshua! I just wanted to say, I've looked through your stuff and you definitely are improving - keep up the nice work and commitment. Your spheres are looking good, but I think you forgot a bit about them when you started adding on the faces - the sphere base for the head construction at the bottom is a bit funky. The ear circles (? I'm unsure how to call them) also should be curved around the sphere. The point of doing exercises like this is so that you can start thinking about basic shapes! It's easier to image the plane of the side of the face on a more familiar (and simpler) object like a sphere. Keep it up, and PM me if you need anything! I'm really excited to see your journey.
